Our server team will be updating antivirus and anti-spyware components. Customer impact is expected for hosted exchange users. Down time anticipated to be less than 10 minutes.

Saturday April 1st between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM (EST):

Our network engineers will be adding additional mobile VPN access. No customer impact is expected.

Saturday March 25th between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM (EST):

ETS will be adding additional data storage resources for backup services. (Closing Notes): No customer impact.

Saturday March 25th between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM (EST):

ETS will be making firewall changes and DNS entries for new internet circuits within the Data Center. (Closing Notes): HTTPS (inbound) sites were unavailable between 7:20 AM – 7:25 AM. No customer issues reported.

Friday March 24th between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM (EST):

Charter Fiber upgrade – No outage is anticipated due to this maintenance. (Closing Notes): Service was not interrupted during this outage.

Saturday March 3rd between 9:00 PM and 9:30 PM (EST):

The office web app server will be unavailable. The outage is necessary to add additional compute resources. (Closing Notes): Total down time five minutes
